Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates We offer shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium.

Netherlands: Standard shipping is €2.95 on orders below €50. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days via PostNL/DHL.

Belgium: Standard shipping is €4.95 on orders below €50. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
